Too often, we hear voices of doubt:
“I am not good enough.”

But let me remind you…
Yes, you are.

Take a moment to let that affirmation sink in:
“I am a good. I am doing my best, and that’s enough.”

And you are doing it — with love, with care, and with your whole heart.

Think about how far you’ve come.
